The goods travel with freight forwarders which cost is always charged to the customer.

The amount due for shipping will be quantified in the order confirmation phase. The latter will be sent to the Customer for acceptance when the goods are ready to be shipped.

The goods will depart for its destination only after arrival in the administration, by fax or e-mail, of the confirmation signed and stamped by the Customer. The goods always travel under the responsibility of the customer and in case of return the shipping costs will always be charged to the customer.
